Recent Magnolia Hotel Omaha Review: "I read many reviews about this hotel from several sites before booking- 90% of them were positive! If you are looking for a hotel with character, comfort, and excellent service, then go to the Magnolia. It's been very tastefully redone to reflect its historical registry status but has all the modern conveniences including very comfortable beds! My sister, niece, and I were in Omaha overnight visiting local University and had a real "girls night out". There is complimentary beer/wine/soft drinks from 5-6P, milk and cookies 8-10P, and a lovely buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, cereal, fruits, breads, and speacialty coffees. Great deals available online. Must pay for parking no matter where in downtown. Hotel charges $12 per day (valet parking) but has a free shuttle service that takes you pretty much anywhere (airport, Old Market) within reason depending on how busy they are. We arrived at 4P Thur and left 11A next day and was only charged $12. Also available is offstreet meter parking but the valet parking is easier and safer."
